LaserWell Membership ID Cards: Specifications
LaserWell membership cards are a unique combination of a host document and synthetic plastic card affixed within a debossed well. Each document can support up to six standard cards, two Butterfly, two Snowmans or one Caterpillar card per sheet and are available blank or preprinted up to 8 colors including 4-color process.
Likewise, the LaserWell card is available blank or preprinted up to 8 colors including 4-color process. United, the two components make a stunning membership card mailing / marketing piece.

Debossed well extends 1/16" around each card.
Material: 7 mil white, matte/matte finish. Heat, tear and water resistant.
Printing: Blank to 4CP with maximum of 8 colors. UV Laser Inks.
No metallic inks. Maximum of 20% ink density in laser image areas.
Coating: Matte surface is toner and ball point pen receptive.
