DigiPeel Membership ID Cards: Specifications
DigiPeel integrated membership cards are designed to be printed and personalized completely, in one pass, through one of FormStore's digital printing presses. The membership card starts off as a single sheet of 60# cover and, after being digitally printed, is converted into an integrated card. A thin laminate film is added to the front of the card area and a double layer of laminate is added to the backside of the document around the card area--a single layer of laminate film stays with the document. The card shape is die-cut through the top layer of film, paper and single backside layer of laminate.
