Following is a list of the most commonly asked questions regarding LaserWell laser printable membership identification cards. 

Q. What are LaserWell and LaserWell Plus?

A. LaserWell membership identification card documents are a combination of materials providing the ultimate solution for desktop laser printers. The patented LaserWell construction affixes a unique toner receptive card to laser compatible document. These documents can be fed as single sheets or from your normal paper tray.  LaserWell Plus is designed for high speed laser printing and publishing systems and is available for cut sheet and continuous printers.

Q. How flexible can my customer be in card placement on the LaserWell form?

A. While most of our customers use standard LaserWell formats, custom card positioning is available provided the card is affixed no closer than 1/2 inch from the edge. However, all formats must be tested to insure compatibility between particular laser printer and LaserWell format.

Q. Can a card and a label be affixed to the same LaserWell sheet?

A. Yes, a label may be affixed to the LaserWell document along with a card. However, these special constructions need careful review and testing prior to manufacturing.

Q. How should artwork specifications be submitted?

A. Artwork should be submitted in one of the four FormStore approved artwork formats; layout for typesetting, camera ready artwork, IBM or Mac disk or artwork negatives.

Q. What is the typical time between order placement and order delivery?

A. Due to the complexity in the manufacturing of LaserWell, typical order delivery is four weeks after proof approval.  As all Direct Impact Products are custom projects, we work with you to reach a mutually agreed upon delivery schedule.

Q. Are shorter delivery schedules available on a premium basis?

A. Yes, rush orders can be accommodated for a premium.
