Direct Impact Products: Artwork Requirements

If desired, FormStore can create the artwork for any 
Direct Impact Product project.  Below are our artwork
submission requirements.

FormStore requires all artwork be submitted in one of the
following four formats. Upon completion of prep work, a 
color key proof will be sent for review and approval. Orders 
cannot proceed into production without a proof approval.

Mac or PC compatible graphics disk:
Mac disk preferred for page layout, illustration applications, 
scanned photos and line art. 

Mac programs supported: QuarkXpress, PageMaker, PhotoShop, Illustrator and Freehand

PC programs supported:  QuarkXpress, PageMaker, PhotoShop, Illustrator and Freehand

    
For all electronic files we need the following:

1. The most current hard copy -- with color-break marked

2. All fonts used in the page layout file

3. All graphics that have been placed in the page layout

4. All fonts used in all graphics that have been placed in the page layout

5. We DO NOT accept jobs created with True Type

6. If a graphic has been created i n FreeHand or in Quark and saved as an EPS file, we must have the original, editable file

7. All scanned line art must be scanned at 600 dpi or more at the largest size used.  We prefer that linear be done in a drawing application such as FreeHand or Illustrator

8. All grayscale or color images must be scanned at 300 dpi or more at the largest size used
